  Yesterday I went in to pick up my order I placed online, and the cashier instead of asking me how i can be helped asked if i was the new hire and ready for my shift. First of all, thats not a nice way to approach someone, who in this case was me, a customer. I was clearly wearing my work badge, I was on break and went to pick up my food. I felt very disrespected at the time because of their assumptions and lack of courtesy.

  Walked in. Stood in line. Staff had no sense of urgency. Cashier grossed me out by dropping a Tabasco cap on the floor and, without any thought, put the cap back on the bottle and placed for customer use on the shelf. She also picked up used baskets from the dining room and, without washing, put back into circulation. Do you train staff on basic health safety standards? Are hand washing and sanitation not important to your company? So gross. We left.
