  Wonderful Produce. Friendly Staff. Clean Establishment. Bike Friendly. I moving in 2 weeks so I asked a employee if they had any free boxes; which he replied how many do I want :) (I revived 20 nice moving boxes). Amazing Customer Service!!!!!

  This particular store rakes in the money because of its location. But that doesn't necessarily mean they use that additional revenue to staff enough cashiers or maintain the self-checkout machines. Lines are always ridiculously long and I don't think I've ever been in the store when at least one of the four self-service machines wasn't down and there have been many times when two or three of the four were out. The store is supposedly 24 hours, but not really. Living in West End, we often shop late, like around 1am, after walking home from a night out. On a recent Friday, five aisles were actually taped off and filled with soapy water which was giving off a serious chemical odor through the store. We were unable to complete half of our grocery list! Seriously, five #$%^ aisles! This has happened to us before so it is not an anomaly. Why five at a time? Can't you consider even one or two at a time? Why inconvenience your customers to that degree? What if someone had actually taken the time to drive in just to be screwed over by an incredible lack of common sense? if I could give zero stars, I would have.
